Para uma experiência de roaming fácil e sem complicações com a Africell, basta seguires as dicas abaixo:
Quando chegares ao teu país de destino, reinicia o teu dispositivo desligando-o e ligando-o (Não no Modo Avião). Algumas orientações gerais são: Rede: Se a rede aparecer automaticamente, reinicie o dispositivo, e depois seleccione manualmente a rede preferida a partir das definições de rede do teu dispositivo. Internet: Para conectividade contínua em roaming, certifica-te de que os Dados em Roaming & Dados Móveis estão ligados, as definições de APN estão correctas (APN: INTERNET).
No caso de dispositivo duplo SIM, certifica-te de que o cartão SIM correcto está seleccionado. Se não estiver interessado em utilizar dados em roaming, assegura-te de que a opção Data Roaming está desligada no teu dispositivo.
Ao telefonar, verifica se os números marcados estão a utilizar o formato internacional (por exemplo, +244 para Angola).
Para qualquer problema durante o roaming, liga para +244 950 180 123, mencionando a tua localização, número de telemóvel e a descrição do problema : [A tarifa de chamada do teu país de visita para Angola será aplicada].
2• The 5 or 10 minutes given after purchasing Roaming Combo 1 or Roaming Combo 2 can only be used for calling any number in the visited country or calls back to Angola.
3• After the exhaustion of the bundle benefit, subsequent activities will be charged at normal roaming rates.
4• Calling other destinations will be billed at normal roaming rates no matter if the customer has bundle minutes or not.
5• Receiving calls is not included in the minutes the combo bundles give.

11• Can I use either my 5min or 10min Combo 14 and Monthly Bundles respectively to call any destinations?
These minutes is only for local calls within visited countries and calls back to Angola.
12• What will happen if I call other destinations?
Calling other destinations will be charged outside the bundle at normal roaming rates.
13• Is my 5 or 10 SMS for visited country and to Angola?
No. Any SMS sent will be deducted from your Combo bundle.
14• What will happen if I exhaust my roaming bundle for Voice, SMS or Data?
You will be charged at normal roaming rates for any services you want to enjoy
15• Will I be able to activate Roaming bundles while abroad?
Yes, Customers will be able to activate the Roaming Bundle plan whether they are home or abroad. If there is insufficient credit, the customer cannot activate the Roaming Bundle.
16• Do I have to activate the Roaming Bundle plan before I roam?
No. Activation can be done before or while roaming. Once there is sufficient credit, the customer can just dial the appropriate code for the bundle they want.
17• How do I cancel my Roaming Bundle plan?
The plan cannot be canceled after activation. It is a use or forfeit bundle.
18• How will I know that my plan has expired?
Customers will receive a SMS notification 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before the plan expires informing of the expiry of the plan.
19• What will happen to my remaining minutes after the plan expires?
Once the bundle has expired all unused balance will be lost. Customers will be charged at the regular roaming rates for subsequent calls.
20• Can I buy additional Roaming Bundle when I have an existing one?
